Ingredients:
2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons diced red onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

4 slices of bread (whole wheat or sourdough)
4 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or Monterey Jack)

Preparation Instructions:
