Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 tostadas

  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, crumbled queso fresco, diced red onion, cilantro

Preparation Instructions:
