Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
8 tostadas

Preparation Instructions:
