Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz linguine or spaghetti
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Preparation Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
